Ready-to-ship pieces
Changed your mind? Return any unworn, non-personalized piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email admin@tinydisplays.ca with your order number and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Personalized pieces
Because a name necklace is made for one person, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if anything is wrong with it, we'll make it right:
- Wrong spelling on our side, damaged or faulty? We remake it free. No need to send the first one back.
- Typo in what you entered? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it free before production starts. After that, we'll remake it at cost.
Please tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo.
Lost or stuck parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for 15 days, or shows delivered but you don't have it, email us. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
