Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email we send as soon as your order leaves our partner. You can also check your order anytime from your account.
What the tracking steps mean
- Order confirmed: we have it, and a personalized piece is being made (up to 2 weeks).
- Shipped: it's on its way, and tracking can take a few days to update.
- Arrived in Canada / US: handed to Canada Post or USPS for the last stretch.
